A battle of winter sports

ok so I get shit from racers at school because I mogul skied my whole life up until this year. I keep telling them how its a lot cooler than racing, even tho some of these guys used to be mogul skiers aswell. So what's your take on this?

Well I used to ski moguls so obviously I'm going to say it's better than racing. I think moguls teach you how to ski the mountain better and you actually learn how to jump when you do them, so it's a lot more practical if your mountain isn't 100% groomed with gates scattered all over it. Moguls just make you a better overall skier because you're out skiing actual terrain, as opposed to making identical turns down a groomed run all day. Just my thoughts on the subject, people will probably disagree.
