A-Basin Parks

Why are the Abay parks so badly setup and maintained this year? I don't remember it being this bad last year, but maybe I just don't remember correctly.

Best park set-up in recent memory for A Basin imo. They haven't put up a jump in like 5 years and built a bunch of new features. It just snowed like 50" last week so they have that to deal with in addition to schizophrenic spring conditions that confront alpine areas in May and June (looking at 50+ degrees Thursday and Friday). All things considered, I'd say they're doing alright.

That's a good point, I didn't really think about whether or not the recent snowfall would affect their parks. However, I still haven't seen any park crew when I'm riding there.

The park crew is pretty small this year, seen them a few times setting up rails. Usually the same two or three guys.

A Basin's park is the funnest it's been in about 5 years. Not like it used to be but I love cruisin thru on the way from Pali to Lenawee. I'm sure the parks are "lacking" because they don't have the resources or people to make a top shape park. Anyway, making a park is the last priority they've got there.
