A Basin end of May

I'll be around A Basin at the end of May beginning of June. The latest I've skied there was June 1st about 3 or 4 years ago and the snow was pretty decent. Is it worth it to bring the skis down this year or is it gonna be a waste? Any better places to go around that area at that time of year?
 
does anyone know when they plan on closing? im coming home in a few weeks and im hoping to get some days in
 
bump. Anyone know there tentative closing date? Ive heard rumors of trying to make 4th of july...
 
there's a lot of snow up there, so I think it should be good. I'll be tailgating till closing for sure
 
was just there... it was sick. got busted by a patroller for ducking a rope, got out of it, asked him how long they'd be open until, he said probably through mid-june. sick! i will be there quite often
 
i was up there yesterday and their park is looking the best ive ever seen it in may. they actually have some good size jumps
 
Today was sick. I don't think i've ever had pow quite like that in May in Colorado. Super low visibility but it was great. The park jumps were closed for there was to much snow.
 
the jumps are fairly shitty anyway, and their choice to build stepdowns is a little odd considering they tend to keep their park mellow for people learning.
