ok so i get a pair of nines for $300 on backcountry,

i ripped the heal piece out 3 weeks later. so i talked to ninthward and this guy named "wally" or whatever and he said we'll get those skis out next week.

its been 2 months.

what should i do?

the problem is i was emailing him. and so they havnt sent anything at all back.

and they never gave a phone number

It's a company that has soemthign liek two peopel who work fulltime for it ( I'm just guessing ) It's EXTREMELY difficult to do everything there is to do. I was in a similar situation with Ninth, but I just kept on their backs and I didn't even have to wait that long. ALSO, you ripped you heel piece out and they're replaceing the pair? Now that's weird, it's not the skis fault, mounting/binding. Think of how legit that is!
