im off to tahoe next year... i know homewood is rather small.. but seems to have a desent park, is it worth it?

and its cool place cause they're never really any lines, and some good tree riding.

Homwood is OK for trees, but their snow isn't the greatest (low elevation) and their park is pretty poor. However, for $99 it might be worth it if you plan on spending a few days there throughout the season.

 
Homewoods kinda cool cause it has that whole old school feeling to it, but otherwise I say you just go to a real resort. I think Sugar Bowl has some pretty good rates, check them out

 
A park at homewood? hahahahaha! mabe some mounds, a sketch rail, and a ten foot tall pipe which is never cut. Homewood is for tree skiing, that's it.

yea, i'd have to agree. i don't think homewood is worth it. the snow kinda sucks, but i'm just spoiled in that area.

 
homewood is great for beginers and trees like the others said. it has some of the greatest views of lake tahoe but its not a place youd want a pass too. kwood is the way to go

Not being able to speak is not the same as not speaking. You seem as if you like to talk. I like to let people talk who like to talk. It makes it easier to find out how full of shit they are.
 
Durign a big snow year, Homewood pwns all... It has steeps, you just have to know where they are, and it rules as far as it's prices...

As far as park, eh.. they try... they build some decent sized jumps and stuff... and they build it on a chair that isnt too long of a lift ride, so it should be okay either way you look at it.
 
ha! fuck homewood, the only thing I got from that place is 3 crushed vertabraes in my back from there fucked up park.
 
Homewood is more of a local place... go there if you are either A: Poor as shit, but wanna ski, or B: want to avoid all crowds completely.

HAHAHA, wow, it is an old thread didnt realize. Despite what you might think I didnt dig this up from way back when to point out your mistake, I can look at everyday and point that shit out.
