How much you pay for rent? How big is your room and what's included? Unless you live downtown Manhattan I'm pretty sure I pay more...

it's a weekend apartment for me, split between 4 people, so i'm only there on the weekends & the rent is split by days, but full time in the summer. It's in soho & i'm paying $180 a day. not that cheap. i think it's somewhere along the lines of $5500ish a month
 
& exactly 1000sf, washer/dryer & it's furnished. I'm also 17 & currently slow on $, so I'm selling all my shit. In the summer it's $1350 split between all 4 people but i'm also working then
 
Holy motherfucking shit. That's pretty bad. How do you even finance that? I reckon you don't pay for the rent by yourself, do you?

So if you sell your HV40 you can live there for another 2.5 days...
 
haha noooo. It's split between 4 people & you pay as much as you stay, besides the summer when just me & another kid have it, but we also will have jobs there then too. As for the financing, I can in all honesty tell you I have no clue.. I don't deal with any of the money related shit, just pay my monthly fee. My friend takes care of it all.
