Has anyone put look pivots with a 95mm brake on a 106mm ski. I know they can be bent just don't know if they can be bent 11mm. And why the hell do they only make 3 different brake sizes.

I just got arv 106s and ordered p15s too but in 115mm brake, the 95s would clear with thinner brake rubber it seems but otherwise I guess bending them is really bad. Was told this and then saw my friends 106 Vishnu’s and he had bent his pivot brakes and the same day his brake just randomly started to poke straight up, and the spring that’s usually under the black heel stomp piece thing was above it. Not sure how risky it is but I’m definitely avoiding it, although I still wish I looked at the 95mm brakes up against a 106 ski a little more to see if I can just clear it but whatever maybe I’ll catch my brakes together mid air...

If you've got a couple pairs of pliers you can put a new bend in them. just make sure you brace it and don't put any torque on the hardware. It might be worth disassembling the binding and taking the brake out when you do it, just watch out for the spring.
Now that I think about it though a shop might not be willing to mount bindings with janky looking brakes. so unless you're buds with a shop tech I would ask the place you going to get them mounted before you do it.

and OP i agree it's a tight decision but I would go B95 for sure. A possible tiny little bend instead of brakes that hang way over your edges

Sooo, got sent 95mm pivot 15s for my arv 106s, they kinda could work but seems like if I click in they’ll get wedged between the edge and top sheet kinda. Maybe just trim down the brakes rubber to help clearance? I have enforcer 104s with kingpins and the brakes on them
poke out somewhat but don’t cause issues really,but not like the 115s on the 106 would I assume which would be annoyingly wide?
