anyone else in very low volume boots and what boots/how do you like them?

got some technica firebird r’s on my radar but not sure what the other options are as no shops carry anything that narrow
 
S max is a very low volume boot, very low over the top of the foot, but 92-96 mm last is a low volume I've never heard of. You might have to go with plug boots or race boots at that LV

yea seems race boots are pretty much the only option for last in that range, its weird that no one stocks them because there are tons of skinny ass racers around here but maybe they all have fat feet
 
hawx ultra is a 96 in that size, and feels like it too. head wcr 120/140 is a 94 in that size, and feels smaller than hawx ultra. dalbello drs splits the difference in those 2.
 
best boot on this list is hawx ultra, it's lightweight but skis damp and strong. its very stiff, doesn't flex much. head wcr/dalbello drs flex more.

hawx ultra is a 98mm i believe, redster is a 96

havnt check out the dalbellos yet

How's the volume in the heel/ankle?

I've been thinking about starting this thread for a while after posting in the "what's wrong with my boots" thread. I'm on board with visiting a bootfitter I just want to make sure I visit a shop that carries whatever brand makes the boot with the lowest volume heel.

oh ok, atomic website seemed to say 98 but it was not specifying what size
