does anyone think it would be possible to do a 90 degree turn on a rail? not like a smooth c rail but just straight 90 then straight again? cause there is this rail by my house and it goes down, 90 to the right, flat c to the left, down. the 90 is probably more like 110 or so, so it isnt perfectly 90. but do you think its even possible? cause it would be the coolest rail ever if it was.

i dont think so unless your going 2 miles an hour on the rail

i guess you could jump through the kink

yeah just post a pic...cause i know the rails that arent curved like the "Y" rail at Sunday river is easy and you cant even tell if the kink is there

its not 90 like you say but its still pretty kinked

the rail would have to be long enough cuz the transition would take a while for people who havent tried it

thats the first pic i thought of. and all you have to do is push off, its not easy buy any means, but it can be done.

in frosted flakes a snowboarder does one pretty intense, it goes down almost 90 degree small flat and then down again.

if u slide the rail so that your noses are on the same side as the way it kinks to, and then do a 90 degree fronstide switchup on the kink it might make it so you don't have to hit the kink

Fuck, just go try it, show every one it can be done. Unless its dry of course, you might want to wait till theres a bit of snow.

anybody think it would be possible to hit a rail thats like a f-d-f turned on its side? The kinks are pretty standard, nowhere near 90, more like 120.
