9 months probation for possession of marijuana...

i did not take my time to read this because its says "and i hope that he can mature and grow into a citizen that provides positive contributions for society." when you got caught with weed...
 
alright ronald reagan. its 2011, and i know that i don't have to talk about the perception of marijuana in society; its pretty obvious that more and more people's views of marijuana are positive. who says that someone who smokes can't provide positive contributions for society? lots of people, including a large number of people with hold prominent stature in our world, question the fact that it is even illegal in the first place. i just wouldn't go as far to judge and say that i am a criminal, or a bad person.

I had a buddy charged with possession and he had a years probation and some fines to pay.

Hell i stole a road sign and payed out the ass for that fine, and still got a years probation.
