Didn't know that.

I did know that the war was pretty poorly planned but I didn't know exactly that it was THAT bad. Thanks for enlightening us.
 
ill agree it that those people are fucked up but it is not revenge. It was a calculated attack to preserve the religious ideals of fundamentalist.

I guess if you look at the situation in purely black and white situation it could be construed as revenge. So I will concede this point.
 
You know, you should have known this is what you would get when you tried to start a respectful and reverent thread on NS.
 
Seriously. Respect for what we losr that day. I also feel sorrow for the Patriotism our nation's leaders have squandered that year.

RIP to the victims, but the day is over and I believe we should get back to our daily activities.
 
Im a junior in highschool now also and I can remember most of that day. I was in 5th grade and I remember our teacher told us the bad news and it didnt really mean anything to me at the time. Also my teacher told us not to go around talking about it because the little kids werent told during school. It was just an overall wierd day. My nieghbor wore a twin tower shirt to school that day too, probally one of the most ironic things ever.
