You are talking super 8mm right? Not like ghetto hi 8? If so then yea goto a photo store and aks them where u can pick up some super 8m fillm on reels. Get them to load it cause u dont wanna fuck up and expose it.

alright that last person doesnt have a clue. first look at your camera - in the spot where you put the film are there reels inside the camera? if so it is a regular 8mm and you have to buy rolls of film and thread them in the reels yourself - if there are no reels in it, it is a super 8mm camera - they are much beter and easier to work with - super8 film comes in plastic cartridges, so all you have to do is throw the cartridge in the cam, film your 3 or so minutes of footage (depending on frame rate) and pull the cartridge out and send it off to get processed.

all in all it comes out to about 15$ for film/processing for 3 minutes. once you get your film back, you have top watch it on a super 8 projector, or you can send it off again to get transfered to video so you can watch it on your tv. transfering can cost big bucs though - you get what you pay for

Oh, shit I spelt something wrong? Fuck you cocksucker!

I've got one of them that was made like, 14 years ago. I think it's a Hi8 too but if it can be fixed, I'm gonna be using that all the time. I have an ANCIENT still camera too that is loaded with some kickass stuff. 80-200mm lens, 28mm lens, 52mm lens, filters, all the stuff. It's awesome.
