why the fuck did ski prices go up $200 in the last year??? who the fuck pays $700 for skis?? shit you can get a KICK ASS snowboard for $500-$550. fucking skiiers and their rich cum-guzzling parents. eat my shit.

Where are you buying skis that are selling at the MSRP? Are they only skis or are they systems with the binding included?

The way it works is that there is a MSRP and then the manufacturer sets a low price to make it look like youre getting a deal. And if youre paying 7 bills for a jib ski man, youre getting anally raped

yea i was telling this guy that armada was over priced especially for a new ski that hasnt proven themselve. he was saying that it says alot when toip pros convert to armada.. i still say its bull shit

I think he means 700 in candian dollars. cause seth pistols, pocket rockets and skis like that do. but all twins are usually around 600.

how bout you build a ski for cheaper? if you ask me skis are getting cheaper. look at the PE, is a 425 dolla list price ski, thats the most inexpensive jib ski EVER. and what is k2 doing? releasing the fujative mid season at a 299 list. you cant get much cheaper then that.

I think compainies like armada and 4 Front are way overpriced for how much they've proven themselves. Tanner didn't move to Armada because its ski blew the Scratchs out of the water. How would he have known? Did he try them before he switched? Doubt it. He was jsut satified witha ll his other sponsers and the other Free Swag that he decided to switch and ride for a compainy that he believe was the future of the sport. Just get a job flippin Burgers and Buy some skis. Support the industry

Armadas and 4frnts are built with top quality materials, in Canada(Quebec, actually, Armada) or California(4frnt) by workers that get paid much more than the labour K2 uses in China. Add to that the costs of starting up a business, and that explains why their skis are more expensive.

Since I dont have a full time job or need brand new ski's, I buy used. Dont bother me none at all. That way I can get new skis every two seasons or so, too.

 
dude, small companies like 4frnt and armada wouldnt exist if they charged cheaper.

4frnts in Canada are 700. thats damn pricy. the thing to do is get ur level 1 in something get a pro deal and ski. because of being a level 2 I skiis, boots, bindings, footbeds. all for like 800 with additional discount and taxes.

I dont think I've ever paid full retail price for skiis
