80 proof vodka...

Absinthe is illegal in the US, but you can get it fairly easily if you want.... Because it is distilled from wormwood, it can have hallucinogenic effects. Basically all regular vodka is 80 proof (40% alc), and i woulndt say it is a bad thing. 151 is a bad thing, and everclear is a very bad thing.
 
absynth is an awfully amazing drink in moderation, if you don't go overboard with it (the real stuff) your bound to have a good time, well worth the trip to Europe!
 
i had like 90% absinthe shit, i put it in my mouth and at the same time spit it out, it tasted like gasoline
 
^^haha i'm gonna second, and just to broaden it up. Definitely highschool drunks. Cuz no real man in college rely's on liquor. It's all about the beer.
 
Getting legit absinthe in the states is really really hard actually. Alot of it is pretty fake.

BUT! New product coming out called Lucid. It will be the first legal absinthe sold in the states in like 70 years or something, I don't remember. They found a way to chemically reduce the toxin that is created by the wormwood so it finally will pass american toxicity tests. I can't wait to try it.

only old absinthe from the old days is hallucigenic. i read somewhere that van gough used to drink a lot of it when he did his art. ive tried 70% absinthe from bulgaria, its not bad, u just have to mix it
 
A kid came in a week ago that had alcohol poisoning from jungle juice and died. Have a fun time, but dont be idiots guys. Especially the fact that you are taking down absinthe when you are 15.
 
yeah, everclear is the stuff you have to watch out for. 151 is fine if you pace yourself and you don't overdo it. it does burn the first couple of times you have it though.

remember, getting smashed is fun, ending up in the hospital isn't.

but seriously, the highest ive drank was some 130 rum,shit burned so badly. id drink 151 though, just seems like a waste ofmoney though.
 
ya dude absynth is like 75% alchol volume... i drank like almost a quarter of a nalgene of that stuff, on a monday. its safe to say i was fucked, probably the most drunk ive ever been... halfway through i had no sensation of taste i could (which made me think it doesn't taste bad i'll drink more) and i ACTUALLY COULD NOT feel my body at all it was fucked i passed out for 3 hours lol.

btw 40% isn't that bad?

bacardi 151 will put me over sometimes, but it is too expensive i don't buy it, i only drink it if someone else has it.

then my parents had this idk i guess it was rum, it was like 120 proof or 130 i can't remember. i drank it, and tried to cut my grass, lets just say i took out a tree...
 
I've tried absinthe in the states and it was just super strong shit, not hallucinogenic. I've heard thats the main deal with the stuff in north america. Also tried 151, which was a good time, but you gotta watch out, like four of my friends got knocked out from an evening with that shit.
 
i had absthisne before bought in portugal andn evercleaqr which is stoner it is 95% alc and leaves no hangover becasue it is grain alc
