do you really need to pop more to get an extra 180 in? it's the difference between a 360 and a 5, just find a good size jump and keep your shoulder going for a little bit longer

do a 540 then go a little faster off the jump and don't stop spinnign until your forward again

dude, the secret to skiing is visualisation. hucking won't get you anywhere except on your ass. look at the jump. think about how you do your 540. then think about how a 7 would look. see it in your head. understand the physics and biomechanics of it, when your mind and body understand how it's done, it's just a matter of stepping up and doing it.

it sounds cheesy but that's what i do whenever i'm about to try something new. it never fails. visualisation is key young ripper.

 
I have to agree with Hucksplat, I am tryin 180's right now since i just started, and the only time i get even close is when i visulaize it like that. When i just go up and try to spin hard or huck it, i go corked of a 2 foot jump and land on my hip. I agree that vizulaiation is the key, but who am i to say????, I suck
