yeah so like this year i'm having alot of trouble with it, its like after 540 i get really backseat, but its like up to 540 is perfect then i just like fall back, what can i do?
 
see thats the thing though i do rotate with shoulders, i'm really comfortable with spins its just i get thrown backseat
 
I don't know if you're doing this already, but roatate with your hips at the same rate as your shoulders. Don't let your shoulders get ahead of your hips.
