720 help

i kinda have that problem. i dont open up early enough and hold my grab too long so i land like 630 bounce around to 9 then fall. i didnt get a chance to try to get them cleanly. but i guess really spot ur landing
 
ok if ur getting roatation just lean forward in ur boats before hitting the jump that way youll end up stomping it like crazy if that doesnt work i have no idea
 
landing back used to happen to me the jup ur trying it on probably has alot of kick so u just have to compinsate for that by leaning forward(but no to much), also if ur just learning the 7 dont grab it it will make for a much eazier land good luck
 
^i agree with the landing forward part, but im not going to try a 7 without a grab just so i can land it, thats called hucking. id rather just learn with a grab
 
where are your skis mounted... when i first started rideing park my PEs were mounted pretty far back i was pretty much a gaper who could throw pencil 3s and land in the back seat, i got em remounted up further so i was the gaper who could throw 3s and land good, and then i got better and i ride mikds center mount and throwing7s is pretty easy and i dont land in the back seat, i think center mounting shit alters ur spins a lil, i spin better with em centerd, and lean forward cause 7s can throw u in the back seat easily
 
First, keep your eyes on the horizon when you set you spin. Don't look down behind you, that makes you cork. Think about keeping your shoulders level. Also, if you can learn to tuck your spins instead of standing tall, that helps bring you back on axis and work toward corked spins. One more thing, make sure you have your skis about shoulder width apart as you set your spin. That will help you set your rotation.
