7 yeart old sued

THANK YOU!

you guys that are taking this video at face value are dumb as hell, obviously sueing a 7 year old is wrong but the video only showed one side of the story. you guys need to get all the facts before you form your oppinions.

Holy Crap!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The white house with the white picket fence where the cop pulls up is my parents house!!!!!! I was just watching this to see what the lawsuit was about. I've never seen this before. Small world.

that makes more sense, because in that video, they never mentioned what happened to the other guy who fell.

if he wasnt hurt, they would have mentioned that in the video

Suing isn't there for people to recover losses they incurred, and shouldn't

be used as such. If someone is legitimately in the wrong causing harm or to the

other party, then sure, sueing is appropriate. Doing so because you can't afford

your medical bill isn't. But what do I know? People don't sue for ridiculous shit here.

Isn't that why you have health insurance?

and $35,000 for medical care? Fuck, thats the reason it shouldn't be privatize.

Not directed at you Jodi, just my feelings in general about that Denver Post extract.

theres still more to the story than that, if i remember correctly, the man who was "hit" essentially tried to attack the boy while he was on the ground with his "hurt" shoulder. there was another thread a while back with quite a few more articles and interviews about the incident, not to mention info about one of the lawyers, who has almost specialized in cases like these that arent the most morally correct.
