7 Springs this Weekend (3/18)? Any alternatives?

I'm heading out to 7 springs this weekend, I'm from the Philadelphia are...and I know the weather is going to be questionable heading into Monday (We're going Sunday-Tuesday, hopefully, if the rain isn't bad)...

My question is (1) if anyone was at 7 Springs today, how's the conditions and (2) Are there any mountains within a 2-3 hour drive that will be in better shape? I guess moving up North will be the only option to try to avoid the rain...

From the webcams on the site, it's looking pretty ugly...lots of dirt showing through. Not sure how much snow is coming in Sat/Sun.
