agreed , i was really surprised . the park was pretty dead compared to usually which was pretty sweet .

and i have k2 silencers ...you might of seen me getting owned on the butter box a bunch or times , i kept trying to get a 360 on the box but couldn't quite get the landing.

I was there thursday too. Yeah the conditions sucked. The snow got so soft in the park later in the day that you couldn't get any pop onto anything. The few features in the new park were sweet, particularlythe flat-down...the no lift part killed it though.
 
I had the all black grenade suit, neon green crowbars, and scratch fs skis. Teaching myself to grind better.

i think im supposed to go up tomorrow to stay with some people and chill out. ill probly hit up both parks and a few runs to get back in the saddle for this season. the conditions have been wayy too shitty. anyway im wearing all brown with old line skogens. names matt. say hey and ski till you die.

i do party however, and if any of you other than lorelle and matt arent 12 years old the partys always open as long as you have the balls to come talk to someone.

were up there every friday to sunday. soooo chances are 90% of the crew will be there...

Wow 30 people? They all ride park? It seems that there are a number of us who are up there regularly. Maybe we should have a little NS gathering.

By the way I ride the old white line chronics, wear a yellow oakley suit, and bern helmet.
 
yeah mostly snowboarders but were all chill. its a good time. any time youre up let us know and we'll "gather" in the name of ns.
 
Haha you kidding me? From the looks of the webcam I didn't think it was possible to get down the hill all the way. You must have been pretty desperate.
 
no you just get bored being up there when theres no snow... so i threw on my XL polo and went shredding on the gnar powder

it was a good time.

I have no idea how long it takes them to blow snow for the pipe. You don't think its possible? I though it was just a rail jam anyway?
 
thats pretty crazy with the x games , i honestly never thought it would happen when the dude came to our school and said about it .

is the park open still ? i need to go up sometime this week.
 
well it takes a TON of snow to make a 450 ft superpipe like they planned for. and with the variations in the weather still happening this week, im thinking it probably wont happen. and the rail jam/slopestyle will be it. but dont quote me on that. basically i know it has to be about 28 or colder to blow, i also know that according to the forcast its supposed to rain again this weekend. but right now theyre blowing and getting a bit of natural snow so who knows... maybe there will be a mirical
 
I ski springs when Im at college. Hopefully at least twice a week. But that dumb Santas Beard is shit, The spot should be dope though when it gets up and running
 
i agree i was there this weekend the conditions were good, but come on not only ride on but 6' long what the fuck is that, so little kids can go mommy look at me im on a rail, gay gay gay.
 
ya i went there this past weekend and it was real good conditions but the santas beard park was packed and then the tow rope broke on saturday. But the spot, at least i think it was the spot, had a hit on saturday which was pretty nice and they set up a rail and a flat down box i think which looked pretty sick
 
I don't know if they had the Spot open... They had something set up outside of the Foggy Goggle I heard though.

Conditions were weak as hell today though. Foggy as all get-out, and I spent the entire day getting owned by crud on a blue slope. I have absolutely no crud skills and I'm hitting Winter Park in like 30 days. Shame on me.

anyone have any idea of where the rail jam is gonna be this weekend? and what rails and such they are going to have?

i was up there last weekend, and was down by the little cabin in the spot, and i noticed that they had 1 C rail, and the S rail connector sitting there, but i couldnt find the other C rail. they also had a flat-down, and a flat rail, and the big flat down. so i was thinking that that'll be what they were going to have, but i wasn't sure.
 
yeah, thats what i heard as well. i guess the park manager won't crack. i guess we will find out tomorrow before the park closes.
