686 smarty rain 3 in 1 jacket. size medium but fits like a large, for reference i'm 5'8 and it fits me baggy.

15k/10k waterproof/breathability, tons of pockets (inner ipod pocket & goggle w/wiper cloth pocket + outer stash & arm pass pockets), hand gaitors, removable powder skirt, and the extra liner jacket which can be taken out on warmer days & can be used as a light spring jacket aswell.
