haha, so dumb. some people get so worked up about stuff and are never happy. "ohhhhh that building looks like a swastika from space. it should be fixed. nooooo don't spend so much money on fixing it." i'd say just leave it and let some prisoners do the landscaping for free.
 
i dont mean to sound like a nazi but the swastika is a cool looking symbol, its sanskrit and is a sacred symbol meaning peace or something like that. the damn nazis ruined a really cool symbol.

they shouldnt fix the building because it doesnt matter. i wouldnt even want to change the building even if it appeared to be a big veiny cock splooging fireballs from space, its a waste of taxpayer money. if people fit in the building and it works fine, then thats that.

They noticed once they started to build it, they just figured that no one would ever see it from the air because it's in a remote spot.
 
they probably could have fixed it cheaper, but the government seems to like to waste our tax money
 
the buildings themselves aren't actually connected in the middle, maybe thats why they never noticed it on blueprints

either way....how does that happen?
 
In residential construction we sometimes had blueprints with over 20 ways to look at a building. With commercial construction you can guarentee you will have over 100 different pages of blue prints and that one has to show all angles possible of the building as it would look when it's finished. So they had to have known 100%
 
nooo they probably will man, they would say its a 'hate crime' and they need money for 'damages' or some stupid shit like that. in my business law class the other night my teacher was talking about how jews tried sueing this guy for talking about how horrible the holocaust was, and it wasnt racial at all he was more on the jews side. everyone in my class was like what the fuck?

oh, and to elaborate on my comment above, it says late 1960's. I don't think they were thinking about Google earth and satellite imagery being streamed to millions of people around the world. Or maybe they just weren't as politically correct.

 
well it is the most efficient building design possible to use up the most effective office space to the perimeter of alloted land with room for protected meandering and ease of transport from building to building without the bothering noises of passing vehiclists from streets lining the compound.

The swastica was a symbol before Hitler and the holocaust. I have no idea what it stands for but I know it's not really for or against jews. They still use the swastica symbol in Germany I think.
 
yea man your on the right track, it was actually a religious symbol used by hindus, janists and budhists for hundreds if not thousands of years. so i dont even think that they would have to spend 600 000$ to fix that, its not like there are any words on it that says 'we hate jews' or anything. and if any rich jew got mad that the building is shaped like it they could just be like yea its the hindu religious symbol.

The symbol is forbidden. Even look-a-likes are forbidden.

Therefore the symbol isn't used legaly here.
