The best way is go on a soft day, find a small 10 -15 foot kicker and just huck yourself. I did this and it works very well for 2 reasons. One, you learn how to let your balls hang out and just whip yourself and two your learn how to find yourself in the air. If you can throw 3's, you just have to throw a little bit harder and just go for it. Once you get it, you will be able to spin 5's off alot of small shit, than you work up to bigger tables and slower rotation. Hope this helps! I learned how spin 5's in one day doing this.
