k, so in an interview, 50 cent said if his new album doesnt outsell kanye west's new album he'll quit his solo rap career. who do you guys think will win?
 
his new stuff is actually really good though, two already released songs "straight to the bank" and "amusement park" were sick, the first one is obviously better
 
50 cent will say whatever he can for publicity, and kanye west is no different. so I wouldn't ever worry too much about what they say.
 
i like kanye- i think he's got more integrity than many rappers. he was on the tv show the friday night project in the uk last night. he was pretty funny really about the whole rap thing. he explained that he started out as a producer. because rappers wouldn't let him rap. because his clothes... actually fitted...

i think his lyrics are sick, many songs are quite deep, morally, politically and whatever, as opposed to

"i have big wheels on my car, so i'm a gangster!" or "this is why i'm hot" although i can't think of any other lyrics to go in this song, so i'll just repeat that line 50 times, but i'm a great rapper nonetheless.

50 will sell more, not deservingly though, but mainstream america will buy the shit outta fifty what would change from his first two albums? i think the graduation is going to be insane im going to be all over that when it comes out
 
kanye will. he has a lot of ghetto kids and a ton of white suburban kids in his fan base while 50 has only ghetto kids
 
no they do, just not as many. kanye has a bigger variety of fans than 50. i personally dont like 50 cent, but i love kanye
 
kanye is lyrically a beast. hes clever, memorable, and sometimes actually quite relevant. he doesnt get repsect for that because of his "george bush does care about black people" form of media controversy. he dresses fresh to death, like pharrell and robin thicke, for instance. the man is a rapper for the GQ reading college croud (myself).

50 is for high school freshmen and sophmores who will listen to the single on the radio and have their parents drive them to best buy to buy the cd.

unfortunatly, 50 will outsell kanye.
 
its true...some of his music videos are so fucking gay though. he has a music video already for three of his new songs from the upcoming cd. i think they were all made in an hour or so
