50/50 Str8 Air Callout

I have a few questions, can you only 50-50 boxes ? Or any rails/ features in the park. Are screaming semens allowed? Do alien grinds count as 50-50? Are we awarded points for sending it to flat? Can we switch gap completely over rails, or even just straight air completely over rails? What's the limit on the length of the vid? Also it'd be nice if you made a new thread with all the updated rules. Thanks!
 
Bump dropping my edit next week. We don't have any boxes in our park so I may be DQed but should be a banger!

Everytime there is a new post, I come in hoping someone submitted something and then leave disappointed.
 
It's my first and possibly last weekend to ski this year. Can it be all over the mountain or just in the park? I also don't have anyone to film me so is pov OK?
 
The Str8 air can honestly be a hard trick on some really sendy jumps, that's why everybody always does like a 3 or a 7 or a flat spin first hit on massive booters so this is about to get interesting

even with the rules now, its still a bit unclear. like can i mute slide box or grab blunt hand drag a box? technically its still a 50/50, just with a grab.

if you made the rules more open and only aloud old school tricks non grab air tricks like shifties and daffys there would be less confusion.

You think too fucking hard. The whole point of this thing is to chill and manz is out here like FIS tryna rewrite Section 3, Part D of the rulebook.
 
Does everybody really care that much about the 4.99? If you get dqed whatever, just throw out a banger edit and if you do a trick that isn't allowed whatever you still threw out a banger edit...

No I'm not telling people to break the rules I just don't like people saying you should add these tricks or can we do these... (annoying me because I think it's an edit being posted hhaha)

I love what you guys are doing! I just want to see some edits and see how people go about doing this

I don't think it should be about the prizes, (thats just a bonus to watching the fun edits) it should just be a fun thing to do and people don't need to go crazy about getting 9 dollars or however much it is...

haha I hadn't thought of that, we promise its not a prank. We were planning on having it be a lot shorter than that but then everyone kept bitching about their hills not being open yet so we just decided to move the end closer to what we think the end of most peoples season is.
 
Havent posted an edit because this is a serious season long project. Already have trips and film crews planned in alaska, bc, japan, and switzerland so i can get the perfect str8 air shots
 
This should become an annual thing, and we could call it 'Foreverunknown'.

As an Australian I also fully support a southern hemisphere version of this.

I have little brothers haha so we all film each other and make small edits, idk if they'd film me doing straight airs though..

hahs nice I film my friends when they want but they dont even think about offering to film once in a while.

Season has not come to stay yet here in Illinois... It is snowing an it looks like cold temps are coming and staying. I still don't think I'll film myself doing straight airs, but I can't wait to watch some banger edits

Yea I just got home! It was so fun! I can't wait to ski at my home mountain tomorrow (Granite is way better) I just love the home vibe
