5 years old, doing 540..

I'm not hatin on kids Doug! Well, maybe it came across that way. I'm just trying to fathom how a five year old can be that good and comfortable in the park. It's just very strange.

It's good to hear that Henry and Kelly don't have super "A type" parents forcing them to train and live vicariously through their success. It happens all the time, and it's great to see that kids this good just happen to love skiing.
 
Oh, and as if Newschoolers doesn't make me feel old already... When I was five, the Salomon 1080 was still ten years from being invented.
 
God I love watching the Sildaru's shred, Henry looks like a puffball on the mountain.

Kelly Sildaru and Aspen Spora have been skiing together alot at Northstar recently, I've been watching Kelly huck sevens all day off the kickers haha. These kids are gonna be so good.

My son's going to have a box rail set up in the backyard next year,

I wont take him to the hill that much. I'm not that rich. And paying 30$ to ski an ice ring is overated. I'll bring him when the weather is perfect.

In some countries the weather is always decent or so and it dosnt cost you 2G's for a season pass for you and your kids.

If you nread this, we are long overdue for a brewski :P

 
Yeah man! What are your winter plans? I'm living in Toronto but will be in Whistler, Nelson, Banff for the majority of the season.

Guys... this kid is 5 years old, to say anything other than hes just a kid having fun is kind of critical of you.

I think what he means is that the kid gets driven by his parents to ski full time (probably if he likes it or not). In your example the kid does it by himself because he wants to. Hopefully Henry Sildaru likes what he does or otherwise this would be pretty shitty parenting.
