What’s up NS!

We're shooting another episode of 'Five Questions With' at the Stomping Grounds in Saas Fee and we're very stoked to announce that none other than Hunter Hess will be answering your questions in an episode brought to you by his long-term sponsor, Dragon Alliance.

Hunter has been pushing the boundaries in skiing for some time now, and his parts in the Magma Trilogy filmed with Alex Hall and Owen Dahlberg have always been bangers. In addition to this, Hunter is a stalwart of the US freeski halfpipe team, Superunknown Finalist in 2018 and film project star; in Magma - mentioned above - Soulstar which took home 2x awards at the 2023 Newschoolers awards and the latest TGR offering.

Hunter is also known for his personality, style and epic trick selection, shown off in his many SLVSH appearances. Hunter does it all, from the streets, and backcountry to the stunt ditch. There's so much to ask about that keeping this to just five questions is going to be a challenge.

just a quick note, in hunter's interview on twoplanker podcast (https://www.newschoolers.com/news/read/Two-Planker-Podcast-Ep-17-Hunter-Hess) he talked a little behind-the-shot on that one and i remember it being interesting, so hit that up if you're interested
 
I'm pretty sure I saw you (Hunter) at Brighton last season and it looked like you were on a date. How did it go?

Any advice on how to have a successful ski date?
 
MAGMA 3 might be the most anticipated ski movie of all time. Do you guys monetize that content at all? How does the business side of producing the movie and your YouTube episodes work?
 
I'm not sure if it is a good idea to steer this in any way to being an instabanger, but can you switch quad the biggest booter at Saas Fee? (One of your trips in Magma or a quad zero Cossack could be sufficient lol) :)
