whos going? I will be there setting up a 3 jump rhythm section if anyones down to help/join me. should be fun.

I'd be down to help fa sho if I was in CO right now but I'm in Tahoe at the moment. Have fun though.

i might, need to find a ride tho, dont want to tear up my car getting up there, it would bottom out too much.

An absolute blast! Brought a few rails and jibs up. Had a snowmobile to tow us lazy kids. Good times :) PARTY. AMERICAAAAAAAA

theres still plenty of snow up there. the run from the top is so good. im tryin to go up again sometime for sure.

Any rails left up there? I'm thinking about going up tomorrow. I brought pretty much all the rails up last year, and they got trashed by other people. So I'm not doing that again. But if there's rails up there I'll use them gently.

i have some rails i could bring up, but my car wont make it there without getting thrashed, so i need a ride.

that looks sick, im gonna go up soon...

directions anybody?

are those rails left up there or should i bring my own?

when my friend comes back from boston we're gonna go set up a box at some point as well...probably mid august?

im headin up probably next sunday, the 16th. then a few days during the week until I start school on the 31st. anyone tryin to meet up? if I can get my buddy's truck then i'll bring some shit to setup, regardless im bringing some shovels and fixing shit up. I need to get on snow, been dying back home on the east since may. my lease was up on my dorm and I had nowhere to live until august...

okay so i might be going up this saturday. But i need some quick answers from anyone whos been up lately

first and foremost: Is there enough snow up there

second: Do you think a volvo station wagon-ish type car could handle the road

and third: where is the road required to get there

and fourth: are there any rails up there right now?

1) Plenty of snow for weeks

2) Would not be easy on the car, but people force all kinds of stuff up that road and will tell you it's fine. I will be honest, it's rough.

3) Peak 9 Access road starts at Beaver Run

4) Probably 5 or 6 nice rails and some other stuff.

I'll be there friday-sunday skiing. Might head up tomorrow but I may have some shit to do down in denver

ryan how is everything looking up there? i want to go but dont want to go with jjust me and tyler. id rather go with a group. you down?

The 4th of july bowl was crazy yesterday, we even encountered a loser who said "man" after ever word and wanted to start a fight wit someone who didnt say anything o yeah he did some sweet suitcase grabs of the flat rail!

im in texas til next tuesday so i have no way of checking, but the overnight lows in the forecast are starting to get well into the snowmaking range (first snow tuesday morning in vail???) and while i dont think theyre actually going to start blowing for at least another week or so, i bet you anything theyre going to be starting to move hoses and blowers around, so they might close the road for that pretty damn soon
but i honestly wouldnt really even bother with it, real snow is going to be coming down pretty soon, start getting your yard jibs sorted out...

you're serious^^...? you can set up your little backyard set up in texas and have fun with that, but i'm gonna go slide some snow but thanks for the advice. Abasin doesn't open for a good month + so there's no way there gonna be think about blowing snow in breck yet
