4frnt vs look bindings

i havent heard much about the 4frnt bindings. i think they look sweet, but does anyone know how they perform? i have some look p12's right now...im not planning on getting new bindings for a while, unless mine break or something...but i was just curious

yeah im bored, i wish it was winter again

There's no way I'd put my knees in the hands of a company in its first year of binding production, nomatter how many good things I read about them, and especially if they're as expensive as people are saying.

 
They aren't a "new" binding. It's made by VIST and has been used on the WC for years now. If it's worked for them, it'll work for you.

 
Because I'd rather support a company who cares about the sports future, and not just put more money into Salomon and Look's pocket.

 
vist makes race bindings and they are expensive 4frnt tweaked vist bindings and well are selling them for a fucking ton i would buy a pair if it didn't cost me 2 weeks worth of work

they are a really similar design to the atomic neox binding apparantly. I took a set of atomic demos with the neox binding one day last season. Worst day skiing ever. They prerelease like whores. the design DOES look really similar between the two, if you get past all the crap they glued onto the outside of the atomic binding.

If the VIST (4FRNT) binding is even remotely close to the Atomics I rode, run away screaming if anyone tries to sell them to you.

You idiot. 4frnt's just charging more for stickers and a paintjob. Ever been on the VIST website(Rhetorical, I know you have)? You can get a binding that looks almost identical and functions the same from VIST for less money than you'd spend on a 4frnt binding.

If you really want a VIST binding, hit their website and order your own. It's not that hard. Hell, they even have a link to their "custom order program" where you specify your colours, etc.

Why not try to do something with their speedlock system? At least that woulda brought something new to the game.
