4FRNT VCT or MOMENT TAHOE

ok ladies and gents,

help me pick:

4FRNT VCT or MOMENT TAHOE

im a 235lb 6ft male that likes to ski mostly all mountain, will be residing in NH soon and skiing loon. and im looking for a ski that will make me happy, and feel loved. my personal preference so far is the Tahoes but i havent heard much about the VCT's. so i was bringing this to NS to see if anyone has had VCT's and what they thought about them. one of these lucky skis will be crowned with a pair of fks 155's and a pair of SPK's or X-wave 8's if that make any difference.

thanks for all the help and support ns,

-Nick

Ive been considering these same skis for a while too, and then i took a look at the rossi scratch steezes and they fit the bill pretty well and they are cheaper and easier to find ($415 at tramdock) so you might want to look at those too.

With your size you might wanna check out some Gotamas, pretty stiff ski and midfat lke the VCT and Tahoe.

I was choosing between VCT's and Ruby's and eventually went with Bacons and have never regretted it. I'm only 5'9 150 lbs. though.

you dont regret it because you havent skied the rubies :)

188 tahoe would work well for you id imagine..perfect everyday east coast ski..definition of a 1 ski quiver.

thats what i thought to the tahoes seem perfect, not sure about 188 though seems a little long i still want something managable in the trees i was thinking 180.

in no way should you go for the 180...they are so unbelievably nimble you should have no problems in the trees, zipperlining, or really anything to do with short, quick turns. totally manageable in any situation.

188 is the way to go for you..if i wasnt on the ec i would go for the 188, but im 5'9" 135...

seems as if you are speaking from experience, do you have a pair? also now does anyone have any idea when i can get my hands on a pair.
