I sent him an email about the Fire N Squad, and this is his reply:

Hey PJ,

Good question. The Fire N Squad was originally desiged to get some kids that

have duel purpose for us, riders that supported shops and also were training

hard at being competitive. Since it started, most of the names on that list

have grown out of their old relations with the shops or resorts and have

just started working full time on shredding. Its a flow sponsorship for

some, discount sponsorship for others still working on coming up.

The first step to get on this program is to submit a video and a written

resume with your past skiing experience and we'll go from there. The address

is below as to where to ship your vid, if you don't have one yet, start

working on it. We will be accepting application for the month of June and

then that's about it.
