Hello party people,

I don’t know how many of you know, or I’m really late to hear and posting this stupidly late, but 4frnt skis are NOW officially in New Zealand. I think this is really cool, because we are pretty limited in our selection.(No offence Jase)

I found this out while i was reading the Apr/May issue 135 of Adventure Magazine.

To get your hands on the first batch of 4frnt skis in NZ Contact:

and jase gets the fair play award!

yeh.. it´s good that there are more core-freeski companies coming to NZ. maybe we will see a change in trend, and wont have a gazillion kids riding on public enemies or scratches. no offence to anyone there, but it was just getting rediculus at one point. I start dry gagging whenever i see public enemies now.

Agreed, I remember when I was like the only person on the hill with a pair of twins, my 99/00 Line Skogens Pros, haha, they were badass, then I got my 1080's and everyone was like whoa!! then my scratch BC's but there still aren't too many of those...

But you're right about the P.E,s haha, will be good to have some more stuff out there for sure!

I have been checking the new 4FRONT skis out in the shops and they look pretty sweet. I have also been talking the the 4FRONT rep and he is really keen to get behind NZ Freeskiing, so as far as I am concerned, it is an awsome brand.

The more twin tips there are in NZ the better.

I have not skied on them, so can not comment on what they are like, but we must not knock them yet.

Whats wrong with p.e's? they can ride a bit of everything which is good. not everyone can afford to have park skis and fat skis..

i've been on the msp's for 2 years, they're sick skis. they ride really well, super stable, obviously not too quick edge to edge, but they're not really made for that so it's all good. they do have a few problems with chipping and cracking on the topsheets, which caused my first pair to start delaming, but they are a pretty new company, so it's understandable that they still hadn't quite worked out the kinks, and I got a new pair of 2006's on warrenty, so it's all good. super fun ski, and the new models are pretty durable, a lot better than the old ones at least.
