Im looking at buying this years msps for the season whilst im over here in canada. Does anyone have any experience with this ski yet? or any of the previous msps?

And what wld b your opinion for the ski for me? im 6'1  bout 100odd kgs, and im looking for a general, multi purpose ski leaning toward big mountain...ish ski?

Cheers

how long u been skiin man. how agressive are you. pm me with specifics and i will give you the full low down.

I rode my brother's 187 MSP's in Alaska last year when I was home for christmas. They're sick. I like a stiffer ski for charging hard.  These skis are deffenatly an all mountain tool.  They did well all over the mountain, and were sweet in all conditions, groomers, cut up crud, and pow.  I can't say much for park cause Alyeska has a shit park, but they were sweet on natural features.  I was pretty impressed with them overall.

My thoughts from last spring:

4FRNT MSP[/b]

– 181 cm – mounted at midsole: This is

a great one-ski quiver ski. Holds an

edge really well. Loves to go fast and

do big turns. Only downside is that it

isn’t as versatile in turn shape as other skis (Magfire 12 and other

mid-fats). This was one of my favorites

of the day.

Graphics: Some of the best I’ve ever seen.

Final Thoughts: I really, really like this ski. I could see it replacing my Monster

82s. It kills it all mountain and

should be quite good in the park. It is

really stable and strong going really fast.

i'm 5'9 140 lbs and have 181s center mounted. they are sweet in the park and really stable on rails. in spinning you can feel the swing weight which i tend to like more, i dont know why.. seems like spins come around easier. with the new shape they have much higher tail and the dual turning radius makes it not as much of a straight plank. old ones definitely charged all mountain, i'm sure the new ones do the same, haven't spent much time on the new shapes
