How do these compare aside from price? I live in the east and I'm looking for an all mountain ski that can hit some park too. Is the Watch Life only $350 for a reason? Will it last a while, or is it shit? And hows the flex compare on both of these? Grphics wise, the MSP is the best looking ski out there rite now, but I can go either way. Any thoughts?
 
I dont know much about surface but i love my msps, they real stable all mountain, bust through any crud, real stiff, good for tree lines, and still capable of laps through the park. I love my msps and would recomend em, but i dont know anything about the surface skis, also take a look at the bridge, sick ski in the same area.
 
I have the watch lifes and I can say there great. They are a perfect mix of stiffness and fatness for an all mountain park ski. If you have any questions pm me
 
The Watch Life's are a bomber ski. Mount them back, and they kill it all mountain and in the pow. Centermount them and they kill it in the park. Such a good all-around ski. They capped the sidewalls this year to save you some cash!
 
what are the advantages of sidewall vs cap construction? does it affect performance a lot? if cap construction can make a ski so much cheaper, then does it make it a lot worse?
 
from what i gathe watchlifes are quite stiff too, but obviously not too stiff to butter. cap vs side wall makes very little difference on skis, it might matter a bit more on wider ones idk.
