4frnt is the most rider friendly company today. The college discount that they are giving to students and their customer service being badass and a sick line up of riders, they know how to run a ski company. Next time I buy skis it is going to be from 4Frnt. Anyone else agree.

i agree, they sent me a free t shirt, 07 08 catalog before most people knew what the skis even looked like, and a shiload-o-stickers just because i dropped them an email

i heard there was dissension between some 4frnt riders and 4frnt because 4frnt wasn't too kind/understanding/helpful to their riders :O

well i had a problem where the die cut letters fell out of the bottom of my original stls and they wouldnt replace them. other than that i love the skis, ive had 4 pairs

i've always found that there product quality has really lacked, and that there warranty process is the most annoying to deal with. i wasn not stoked on the outcome of having to pay to warranty my skis.  they never even returned my originals and then when i hassled them they told me i had to pay 200 to have my skis warrantied.  i had to call the company multiple times to actaully get my skis and remind them.  it was clearly a ski deffect to. but w/e they make a semi decent ski and i'm down w/ all there riders and its cool that they help out students.  i just havent been to praticularily fond of there customer service or anyone i've dealt w/ at 4frnt.

yay for breaking ski in less than 1 weeks, yay for ski warrantied until u bring them out of the shop, YAY!

I have heard/experienced so many shitty things with 4frnt. Like my MSPs breaking the first day i got them for no reason. They pretty much suck dick. Matt Sterbenz is a deutsche bag to boot.

i love my vct's, but im kinda regretting not goin fatter...they still shred though and they held up pretty well after i thrashed them in switzerland

i would get your facts straight before you start saying things. tom decided to go with another company. there was no "dropping"

they make some cool shit for sure, but my XL t-shirt doesn't fit me anymore because it shrunk to my belly button, not cool.

^ I hear ya on that, I own a bunch of hoodies from them, they seem to hold up well. My MSP's from last year have been abused and have held up very nicely. Out east it seems like no one rides 4frnt which I dig. I find them very rider friendly

ok, in terms of warrenty, 4frnt has been really really good to me about it.  last year, i dropped some good dough on msp's.  loved the ski.  anyways, towards the end of the season, the topsheet started coming up a little and chipping.  send back the skis, and get an email in like 2 days from 4frnt saying taht they are sorry bout the topsheet, and i will get brand new skis.  i got the skis a week later and they were really appologetic, and sent me some free stuff.  real cool company tho

another reason why 4frnt is a rad company, so I order a hoodie yesterday. Matt from 4frnt called me today and told me that they are out of stock, so he told me to either pick a new hoodie or get a refund. What other company calls you and tells you that they are out of stock on a item. Props to 4frnt.

yeah... its rough that the owner of the company actually answers the phone when you call their number... try getting that anywhere else. not gonna happen. Sterbenz is all about the freeride community as he is part of it as well.  4FRNT makes the best skis with the best customer service imaginable.  If you are a skier, support the brand that is made of skiers and knows skiers. Not the company that mainly makes tennis rackets and hiking boots.

just so you know... just because "matt" answers the phone at 4frnt doesn't mean that its matt sterbenz.. their current intern's name is also matt and that's probably who most everyone talks to.

and if the whole tennis racket thing was torwards head, you need to get your facts straight, head makes a better quality ski and warranties shit better then 4frnt ever has

We all know that skis arent warrantied for rails, park and other stuff. We all know that you dont buy a pair of ski for the warranty. But when you break 1 ski in 2 piece in less than 1 weeks, while going down a slope.... you just paid 500$ for new ski and you cant ski because you just broke it and you sold your other skis, that what happened to me. Plus, the only thing they have to tell you when you call them is asking you 200$ to get only 1 other ski. I prefer supporting a non-core company and have a good product beside suporting core company that make shiitty quality product and have a poor warranty system. just my 2cent

im not being an ass but i dont like 4frnt already had a pair and then came back with my dyna trouble maker.

I rode STL this winter... Got them early november used them a lot...then the edge kind went "loose" by christmas... So they sent me a new pair, and when they broke in late april i think... they sent me a pair of TNK's =D I really loved both STL and TNK!!! It's lame that they break so easily, but as long as the skis KICK ASS and they are really generous with new skis...I will continue to buy 4FRNT for shure!!!
