4Frnt Inthayne

I believe I may be one of the 1st to have these on the forum so I figured I'd post some pictures and initial thoughts.

Looks: The top sheet is spectacular. The texture almost resembles the top of a skateboard. I'm very happy with how the ski looks. The fully rockered profile is awesome...zero camber throughout with consistent rise in tip and tail.

Flex: The ski is MUCH stiffer than my previous Bent Chetlers. I prefer a stiffer ski and these skis are skiff with a consistent flex pattern throughout.

I'll be throwing a pair of Jesters on these and I cannot wait to test these on the mountain. I'll update everyone after I take these for a spin.

Threads.

I've kinda been waiting for this ski from 4FRNT. Too bad I already have pow skis. Keep us updated OP!

Sorry for the double post, but do these have ReflectTech?

I thought they did since it's a fatter Devy but I never actually read that it was in fact ReflectTech.

This ski is a bit of a combo of the Devastator and Renegade. It does include Reflect Tech.

Yeah I knew that is what he was aiming for, just never actually read anywhere that it had Reflect Tech. Thanks!

I have them too, have yet to ski them. Been thinking of this exact ski after buying devs and rens. Rens were sold and replaced by kye 120 for switch ability. Really enjoy kye's. We will see if these can replace my kye's.

This is late, but my one issue about these is no camber, personally I dislike full rocker skis, and I am sad the YLE is gonna be discontinued next year.

You ever skied a full rocker ski?

Have you ever skied reflect tech?

Reflect tech is something that actually works. If I didn't have a dedicated pow ski, I would probably be all over these.

Love the YLEs and I almost considered buying a backup pair but I like the looks of Wiley's new quiver. Massif looks sweet and so do the the Cols and Devys.

I am pretty sure that the Massif, Col and Arete are all the KYE, its the same shape under a different name.

clue me in, what's reflectech? I'd look it up on 4FRNT's website, but it's blocked at my office.

Rocker profile matches the side cut of the skis.

So if you held your skis perpendicular to each other they would fit together if that makes sense.

Allows you to have a full rocker ski while still holding an edge. Reflect tech is actually pretty cool and serves a purpose. Kinda wish 4frnt had better durability tho:/

How did you guys like these? Kinda reshaping my quiver.. or at least trying to, and these could be the fatties.

I've heard great things about every other ReflectTech ski, and I loved my YLES.

how did you guys like the inthayne??

and if I did pick up a pair... red or green;)?

bumping this thread for the sake of new 4frnts dropping soon. But the InThayne is getting a re-design but from what ive seen it'll be more versatile. Op did you end up liking these?
