Yes yes, i do realize i could go to a shop and find out for myself, but there arent any retailers within 300 miles that carry them. Anyone know how their flex (and just the flex) is compared to the AR5s? I just need something stable and light.

The STL's are super-light due to their sidewall construction (PTex), and way more durable. They have a macroblock maple center-core, with aspen in the tip and tail (also carbon in the tail). What this means to you is a softer flexing tip and tail with more pop and better swingweight.

They rock.

Stiff ness is all reletive. How heavy are you?

Ive seen smaller guys butter really well with the MSP. They are not as stiff as the Public Enemy, and More stiff than the ar5.

i have the msp and love it, the flex isnt super soft but i can still butter and manual them nicely, it is light for how big of a ski it is. go for its a sick ski u wont regret it

i rock the 167 STLs. they are super soft... but really fun. you can flex them in any way, which is good and bad i'd say. i haven't hit any big hits on them yet (b/c we don't have any) but i'm sorta curious to see if i loop out on backseat landings.
