I really liked how playful the CRJ was, but still stable. you can throw butters and still be able to ride bigger lines. But i know nothing about the ghost chant sooo maybe that helped
i do not own any, but i have ridden the CRJs for like a whole day and i have to say i was impressed. and i usually ride benchetlers or boone glo sticks for my powerder days, so yeah not the greatest advice but the ski did ski like a pimp...id buy em
If you purchase the CRJ memorial ski (the black one) 4Frnt Donates 100 dollars to the CRJ Johnson Foundation! It is the same ski as the Green CRJ... Pretty epic!
you're comparing a symmetrical ski with a center mounting point (ghost chant) with a slightly slimmer ski that has a more traditional mounting point, and flex pattern (crj)
if you want to charge at all, i'd go crj, if you wanna to float and finesse things, go ghost chant.
personally, i love moment's stuff, that they make their products in the USA, but the CRJ is such a versatile ski with camber and sidecut underfoot, that i don't think you could go wrong with the CRJ.
I rode the ghost chants at the moment demo day at sierra. I love that ski. The bamboo core is really nice because it gives the ski a really sick flex pattern. It's flexy without being too flexy. It's a super fun, nimble ski but you need to finese it and dance with it more than try to force things.
