has anyone ever gotten the college discount from 4frnt.com? i cant figure it out for the life of me. i did everything they said to, but the coupon they gave me doesnt work

i know, thats what im trying to buy. when i go to the website they give u (evogear or colorado freeskier) it has a little coupon box, and the website says to enter 'COLLEGE', but whenever i do, it says coupon is either invalid or doesnt exist.

i just got it to work, but what they did was jack up the price so u only get like 50$ off the price of say evogear. its 915 for skis and bindings without the discount. im a lil pissed.

oh forgot to mention, the 4frnt site is out of bindings except the deadbolt 1018s, so should i get those for like 725 or should i get the 614s that i wanted for 769 off another site?

I'm pretty sure the college discount is only for 4frnt's online store, not other online retailers.

think its worth it to get deadbolts from another site? i was kinda hoping to have these ski-ready by next week for a vt trip

1018 actually is the number of ACL injuries caused by the binding in the first month they came out. Dont become a statistic.

now i have to find a pair of bindings for these. anyone know where i could get some 614 deadbolts for cheap? i remember hearing something about some site like jibih or something like that that sells cheap stuff.

whaaat? they have an NS discount? i bought boots from them last year (in store though) and got a discount for going to college here...but an NS discount is awesome. what's the code if i order online?

I used the discount, and it was like 35% off or something. It dropped the price on my skis significantly. I got the TNKs; normally 449$ for about 300 or something. Thats over 100$ off, which is significant, and appealing for any college student. It is only through their online store, and you have to email them and stuff using your student email address, and make sure you can get a hold of your transcripts or whatever, your student ID number. . . You need proof.

Just so you know the college discount counts as pro-form, so kiss any chance of warrantee good bye.

well i got the skis and bindings (bought them at least) skis were from 4frnt.com (called in and the guy did the discount for me), and the bindings were from proctorjones.com (seachbar told me the password was 'newschoolers') . so for a package thats usually $770, i got them for about $550ish. im pretty proud :D
