whats up with these, they look like some regular bindings with their name on them

dont take life too seriously, you will never get out alive

 
have you ever noticed that many companies bindings look like normal bindings with their names on them? in fact the only extremely original binding i can think of is Line's. maybe 4frnt just wants to make some bindings, but doesnt want them to be anything incredibly original or unique.

The 4frnt bindings come direct and exclusively from an European company called VIST. They will be revealed at SIA in late January. As far as how they work ask most of the 4frnt riders as they rock them on your skis. I know that Van Valin has had them since last winter.

i've seen the 4frnt bindings on a pair of sterbenzs' msp's. they had a sweet paint job, and had a different look than other bindings. don't know how well they perform though.

They are nordica's old binding company...which apparently broke quite easily.

i wouldnt buy 4frnts bindings but their skis kick ass. first year bindings cant be good

This is a binding Nordica spent 3 years and over $10 million developing. They had to sell the technology to VIST when Tecnica bought them (Nordica) out. The binding has already proven itself, it rocks.

It rules and goes well with your skis. the whole first year thing doesnt matter, they were ridden all summer long out bc at coc and proved themselves everyday. yo all you thugs out there support 4frnt and buy their bindings and skis. they're straight flossin gangsta shit. time will tell how good they are, they aren't even out yet. Like with the Line bindings, don't believe the hype. You can't have your bindings letting you down.

 
there is also some talk of inserts in future 4frnt skis. this is straight from the man, but i cant disclose more. 4frnts are multitudes better than any armada ski for that one kid. they are in a whole nother league of quality and preformance

Once again, the bindings are not heavy, they're actually quite light in comparrison. And $10 mil may seem like alot, but Nordica had to start from scratch, equip., factory, R&D, etc. There is way more start-up fees building a binding, so be glad they spent as much as they did.

 
i had armadas and i have 4frnts now adn 4frnts are plenty sick. i wouldnt buy tehm the first year but mabey its just something like joystick.

 
they look just like nordica bindigns but i suppose they are cool if the din goes to 18

Wait, I think I missed the big deal. So 4frnt decided to get VIST to slap a couple of 4frnt logos onto a pre-existing model of binding. What's the big deal? You can get the same binding right now, assuming that 4frnt hasn't actually changed the hole pattern, with the only difference being logos.

you're all a bunch of haters. 4frnt skis look sick, and I saw Sterbenz rockin those bindings in the Midwest, He was killin it in some pretty rough conditions.

Besides I stole his ski for five minutes and personally tested those new binders, don't worry, there dope.

^Dude, I don't know where you get your info from, but you need to stop believing the hype. IT'S NOT A MARKER.

That binding was created and designed in Italy from scratch at Nordica. The rights to it were then sold to VIST accross the street, again, in Italy.

Marker's are produced in Germany, and have never had anything to do with this technology. Nothing.

In fact, the whole reason Nordica had to dump the program was because Tecnica bought them out, who already owned Marker. So to increase Marker's market share, they forced Nordica to use Marker.

The binding has been used on the WC quite a bit since it came to VIST, and has had great results.

So, again, it's not a Marker. Please stop spreading BS rumors.

Vist has been making plates and bindings for world cuppers for over ten years, vist sold their design to nordica for the beasts, they didn't make the binding for them though. The 4FRNT binding is going to be the cure for all the complaints you've all been whining about. It's gonna have a redesigned ski break (that won't expload when you bail going switch) and a special screw pattern (no more ripping out heel pieces.

Go on and hype the 4FRNT Bindings. I actually hope they're good. But haven't we learned the lesson from the Line bindings? Don't believe the fuckin' hype until the shit's tested by an unbiased source or else u r dum
