450 ons

if speed isnt a problem, then just try and spin with your upper body a bit ahead of your lower body to spot the rail. then lock your eyes on the end of the rail and spin your lower body around

you just gotta spot it. its auckward at first if your not used to doing a full spin and landing sideways. Make sure you keep looking uphill when your about to land and that will help you get that extra 90 degrees. If you look downhill it slows your rotation

honestly. this summer if you have a trampoline justdo 450s on it. you really need to think of it as 360 spot turn 90.. if you can do 270s likeeee on a rail you need to stall it out a bit, your doing more like a spin to about 200 then spinning the last 70 to lock on instead of just keep on spinning on the rail. BLAAHHAHAHAHh

i have done 1 in my entire skiing "career"...as in in the time i started to ski until meow.

meow, you are going to need two things...speed and balls. meow speed cant be lacking,as you need tons of it...just go up to the box and throw yourself as hard as you can...immediatley closing your eyes....you should land perfect meow.
