+44 ? new blink type band?

umm i have only heard one song that is in the new tony hawk and its pretty cool... does anyone have their cd or know anything about them?
 
i unknowingly bought a +44 shirt. it had a really cool design on it, with an obscure +44 logo. I put JTS over in in sharpie
 
Yeah, he was completely full of shit when he said he was making the best music of the past 30 years. What a load of garbage.

I've heard about +44, but haven't heard any of their stuff yet. Is the CD out yet?
 
Actually, the flip tricks look amazing, but the ragdoll system they have in place is a load of crap. It doesn't work at all and I've found myself shooting across the level by falling on numerous occasions. You can only do stuff up banks now too, not on them. Of course, I was playing the demo so the full version might have those kinks worked out. I'm probably not going to get it unless the game somehow drops $30 or $40 in price (and I've still gotta buy an Xbox 360). Right now these kinks in the game engine just ruin the experience for me.
 
i like it i guess, its alright. its more like blink compared to what tom did with angels and airwaves. alright
 
yeah +44 is a totally different sound from blink 182, but they have a lot of the same flow. mark hoppus's bass is even better than before, travis barker is still the best drummer of our time, and the new guitarists (ones from the transplants) play together perfectly even though its just their first album. i would definately check out the song lillian, and the whole album in general, its incredible

blink 182 went so far down hill..they havent had one good song since Take Off Your Pants and Jacket... all their new bands suck ass too, they are way fuckin emo.
 
+44 is alright.

But old blink was just so sick. So hard to top. After take of your pants and jacket everything went downhill and im still pissed about it.

the last blink album sucked so much. fuck.

plus 44 was an idea during the demise of the blink era. (see the thread i made about the demise a long time ago on here) mark was in london, and travis was back in the states, and they started discussing the idea of a new band (since tome was being such an asshole.)

the country code for the uk is 44, hence (+44)
 
you are definitely wrong my friend, as pointed out by the guy above me. plus, 'no it isn't' isnt 'making fun of emo's', it's about how tom left blink. (had his manager call mark and travis to tell them tom quit)

also, travis was in a band called Feeble before the aquabats, and he is also doing a project with skinhead rob and paul wall called Expensive Taste, as well as his numerous random perfomances he does with DJ A.M. in vegas and at LAX (the club) in l.a.
