44 days

freeskiers pretty lame on this, they did the same thing with hot lunch and we got pretty much the next day... i mean come on, you know your realease date, stick to it!

Our Apologies.  Ostness is still working on the flick.  He's doing two projects for us, Skiing Is____ and 44 Days and in typical Ostness fashion he wants them to meet his standards before he lets them loose.  He has guaranteed me he will have the film ready to launch next week.  Please don't hate on Freeskier, they are not to blame here.  Kris will be writing an explanation letter tonight to post so watch our Team Updates for that.

Again, sorry for the delay, but in the end I hope everyone is stoked on the project.

disappointed yes, but i would rather watch a well put together movie than a movie that was thrown together. Plus its free so there really isn't anything to complain about.
 
^ we appreciate the effort to make the movie as good quality as possible. The only complaint is to not set yourselves deadlines that you may not be able to reach. If you knew ahead of time that the release may take longer, be fair to yourselves and make a release-date that you know you will be able to meet. This way nobody is disappointed and you guys don't have to feel rushed or apologize and jeopardize your name.
 
i no the movie will be sick but come on, ive been checking my computer every 10 min for the whole day for this movie, if you knew it was going to take another week why not inform us earlier, kinda pissed about wasting my time . but it is free so i cant complain really
 
Thanks for the input.  I totally agree.  Missing the deadline really sucks for us and Freeskier...unfortunately we're at the mercy of Ostness and the deadline was based on what he told us he could deliver.  Damn creative types and their right brains ; )
 
screw you deadline homos. its a free ski movie. a OSTNESS SKI MOVIE ferchrissakes. and it has a fucking baller lineup. shut up. i;m sure ostness will kill it. this is not a ski movie crisis.
 
Everyone who is complainign about this is an idiot. Have you ever edited a movie before? Do you know how long it takes sommetimes? Do you know how long it takes to edit 2 movies simultaneously? Stop being idiots, this movie is free, it will be full of great content, and who cares if it takes 1 week, 2 weeks or even a month extra to come out..if Ostness says it needs more time, then it needs more time, and the sicker it will be. Just wait for it and deal with it. You are all being really inmanture, and inpolite, considering what Atomic is giving us here.
 
Ski movies are like airplanes. They're never on time. This is annoying waiting another week. Now I expect nothing less than amazing and I'm sure it will be with Ostness editing and I can't really complain cause its free. The ski movies I paid for on the other hand! I've been checking the mail everyday now. Ship them already!
 
Exactly, thats the first shit I learned in college son (graphic design major), and even tho Ostness is working on 44 days and Skiing is [__], deadlines are not an exception. It almost kills the hype for me, especially when it's only a 20-30 minutes film.

 
Peeps are complaining about not having a FREE MOVIE on time..fuck - relax.

Had you preordered and had to wait another few days, you still probably wouldn't complain until it had been a few weeks..

As for a free movie being a few days late - thats lame. Be stoked Ostness is editing something you can watch!!
 
It's a free movie for christ's sake. for all of you people saying "i have a job. i have deadlines," ostness doesn't work for you; you're not his boss. and you're not paying him shit for the movie, so remind me, where do you get off complaining?
 
thanks for the update J-squared! If it is a few days late, so be it! Ostness does AMAZING work and im sure this will be nothing short of AMAZING!
 
Sorry for the delay of 44Days- unfortunately some other projects waylaid its completion. I'm finishing it up over the next handful of days and look for it to drop in the middle of next week. For reals.This time.
