I'm pretty sure you have zero understanding about how vehicle insurance works...

That shitbag mazda pulled out in front of the lambo, therefore is at fault for the accident and his (just kidding we know it's a woman) insurance company is going to have to pony up to fix the lambo...
 
Well at least this happened in Germany so the other guy probably actually has insurance. Other countries he'd be stuck with the bill because some asshole decided not to buy it.

Also, at the very start of the video it appears like the Lambo comes in from the middle or other side of the road, maybe he was overtaking another car. Plus he was probably speeding. In that case the Lambo driver is fucked, I dont think insurance companies will give you 400K if you were speeding or overtaking where you shouldnt..

not the lambo's fault. the other car pulls in front and also even if there we're 2 lanes he definitely turns into the second one. shitty, damage to lambo and the other 2 cars. Not going to want to see what his monthly rate is after that! Lucky for the lambo driver they have vid evidence
 
well judging by the way the guy drives (way too fast) this accident is probably just a preview of things to come. LHD steering wheel on left hand drive roads makes overtaking a real bitch.
 
The Lambo was barely speeding. This took place in Knightsbridge where average speed is 30 mph, and he looked as if he was barely going over that, it just happens to be a very loud car that always sounds like it is going fast.
 
It also looks faster because it's being driven next to the van which was just pulling away from the stop sign. To me it definitely doesn't look like he's going too fast
 
That doesn't look that bad. Tons of body damage and glancing off the BMW won't help but the repair bill shouldn't be much bigger than, say, if he'd written off a new 5 series or something. Shit happens.
 
If the lambo hat hit the Mazda in the back, it would have been his fault. If you rear end someone the person in the back is at fault 90% o he time because they "should have been going slow enough to avoid the car" or some stupid bullshit like that.
 
The lane he was pulling into was the correct one, because they're in England and drive on the left side of the road. Plus the driver was most likely speeding, in which case he could get sued for not trying to prevent an accident. It actually happens where someone causes an accident, files a suit claiming the other person could have prevented the accident, and won.
 
I no it is England, but it looks like there are 2 left lanes in the video as there are also 2 right hand lanes, so when turning he should have taken the first one leaving a lane open for the Ferrari to pass on the side(albeit fuckin narrow ass streets anyways) but he pulls into the second lane. hard to tell on speeds/what the speed limit was, but with double lanes it could have been 50km. I dunno, seems like the car just didn't look both ways and pulled out.
 
Lambo's fault. I read a quick article on cor throttle, he may have been racing. Swerved to avoid something, caused the collision seen on video

since when do people get penalized for "most likely" doing something wrong?

if you're driving straight down a lane and someone turns into that lane unsafely, causing an accident, it's on them.
 
you are blind and/or deaf if you don't think that lambo was speeding. He is obviously on the brakes (supercar brakes, that is) by the time he comes into frame, and it still looks like he's going fast. Not to mention that the speed limit there can't be more than 25 or so. That video will fuck him over if he takes it to court
 
Volkswagen group owns quite a few car companies, some of you may be surprised to learn they also own bugatti.
 
This is a shorter version that purposely doesn't show the parts that make it clearer- specifically so people like you would say shit like that.

In the longer clip, you can clearly see that the lambo is traveling down the road in it's own marked lane when the person turning cut out across two lanes and broadsides the lambo. The driver of the stupid POS bitchcar is at fault for several reasons- not the least of which being they're a stupid asshole who doesn't look AND cuts out two lanes because they're an impatient, self-important fuckface who just ruined a work of automotive art to save 3 seconds on their commute.

Also, I love how nobody went to check on the guy in this shit car, but there were like 7 or 8 people crowded around the lambergheenee
