The pain is only present, right underneath the tibial head during forward flexion. It cannot be caused by torn supportive tissues, as this area is being compressed, not stretched, during forward flexion. Since the pain is in a very specific location, has only recently begun happening (3.5-4 months after injury) and everything else is much better, and since the dislocation would not have stretched or torn anything on the inside of the foot, it is VERY unlikely that it is torn tissues. Also, in addition to dislocation, I also fractured the tibial head.
So pretty much, PT can't fix it, PT actually hurts it. It isn't swollen, even if I tweak it bad it doesn't swell up at all. Its something that needs to be dug out.
