360 VS 540

Some times ago I was able to do 540, but I had some bilance problem with 360, now I land perfectly all the 360, but when I try a 540 I often land on my back, not all the times, but this think mak me angry...

Any help?
 
try doing a grab in front like critical, if not try to spin level and lean fowards wen you land
 
bend you knees upon take off and widen your stance.. that should keep you level... and when you go to land... lean forward.
 
go off exactly how ur gonna do ur 3 and then after ur 3 just look over ur shoulder ( left if u spin left ) and u'll get the other rotation easily and still be in good form to land
 
You are probably just hucking yourself off a small jump... if you hit a bigger jump you won't have to wind up so hard and lose balance
 
I landed my 3's really backseat when I first learned them. I found that if I consiously popped off the jump (as opposed to just spinning) it helped me level out in the air.
 
on the lip keep your hands and weight forward then pop off your toes, give the spin a little more mustard than your three, once rotated to 360 pull up your legs like your going to sit down but then extend your legs to absorbe the impact just before you land.
 
I have the impression that the belance i use for 360 doesn't work for 540...

When i make a 3 i turn very slow, if i make the same for 5 i need a big jump to land :-(
