360 tips?

I know it's a pretty basic trick but for some reason I can't seem to do them consistently. Everytime I take off I go off axis and crash. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or how they learned?

Keep your head level don't look down at the lip of the jump or you will go off axis for sure. Don't set the spin super hard either just wind up a little and keep the head level.

Thank you man

JUST KEEP LOOKING

don't look like an owl would, look back at jump to 180, then find landing and go to 360.

So what you want to do is this... if you want to spin left what your going to do is throw your arms right but put ur head to the left this will increase your counter rotation and will cause the g-force levitation to increase allowing to complete the process of your 360. Because of Newton's second law it is impossible to land a 360 while off a i while that would create a decimal like cork if not perfectly on axis what you need to do is use a vector model and calculate the amount of tension your Dins have on your spinning as this is the key for 360's according to my data and statistics. Please use mla format while citing his source as this novel demonstrates how skiers around the world use vector graphs to solve the mystery to ski tricks that only the almighty sosa and steve step have solved using my novel with is only $4.20

Make your feet a little wider as you come up and push off your inside edge of you skis, helped me a lot

Do I turn my head the direction I spin or keep it straight and throw my shoulders. Been told to do both and they're contradicting lol

I always try to look over the shoulder I'm spinning towards and pull the rest of my body around with it if that makes sense haha

I always look over my shoulder and get my head around first, but make sure your head is 100% level when doing this. Last season I could never land them clean because I threw my head to hard and would go off axis.

This helps a lot thank you

But he says keep my head straight?

You have to turn your head and your shoulders. Try the 360 on a bigger jump. It will be scarier but if you do everything in the vid you should land it perfectly every time. It worked for me.

Just get up right now and jump and do a 360 with only turning your head. Then do it while turning your head and your shoulders while still keeping your head in between your shoulders. Turning your head and shoulders is a lot easier.

As approaching the lip, spread your arms to make a T, wait UNTIL you pop of the lip, don't rush it and after that turn your head around looking for landing but don't let your arms down through the spin
