when doing a 360, do u turn ur head so that ur spotting a fixed point off in the distance or do u keep ur head 'down' and try to watch the ground/landing the entire time?

Go to Resources up the top, then click on Tricks and pick spins that should help you out a bit.

Definatly dont ever look down. It causes you to get back and lose your balance. try to lead with your head, keeping your head level. When you get around you should see your landing, focus on it and stomp it

Yeah never look down just look over your shoulder and spot your landing. I like to think if I get my head around and spot my landing I land everytime. Remember spinning slows you down so take more speed into the jump. goodluck

thanks for the replies...

just wanted to clarify, i meant is there a diff between looking over ur shoulder or under your 'armpit'? i didnt mean 'looking down' as literally as it might have sounded.

i thought maybe if u look under ur armpit, it's easier to spot the landing as u'll already be looking towards the landing.

what made me think about this was that when some peeps are doing 360 tail grabs, they seemed to be looking under their armpits.

wouldn't looking through your armpit put you into a bio almost? i'm not sure cause i'm still workin on em but i would think tahts what would happen.. anyway, i dotn really think about head in relation to shoulders

When I spin, i only look for the landing, so if i do a 3, i look down hill, and 5s, i just keep my head turned till i am looking up hill... (cant do switch yet)

Basically, for me, look toword the landing, and if you cant see it yet, your head should be looking that way anyway, youll be able to see it pretty soon,

Did i write that?

just look over your shoulder and commit...when i throw spins there mostly a blur until you come around so dont expect to see everything go around you....good luck

dont look down and spin, i did that last weekend and did a cork5 but whatever i landed it so its all good!

sking it just to damn hot right now!
