360 nose butters

im working on them still but from what i hear, just lean way back, and then rock forward/throw your weight onto your tips and also throw a spin in there

go faster then you think, and just set a spin while simaltanously throwing all your weight onto the front to inside edges of your tips.  then tuck your heels up against your butt and let your momentum finish the spin as your noses pop you off the snow.

I find that if you act as if youre going to cork and drop your shoulder you can do it pretty easily. As you gain experience and speed, you will start to pop pretty hard, so be aware that youre going to have a whole bunch of torque coming out of your butter... so adjust accordingly.

I just focus, lean forward until I'm at a spot where I feel balanced on the nose of my skis and rotate. You may have to slightly lift one ski (just a teeny bit off the snow, so it doesn't even look like you lifted it), for one microsecond so your skis don't cross.

it works for me. Just dip your leading shoulder and itll help you get around a litle faster. find a nice roller and try the 5, thats fun too.

or swtich tail 180 for momentum then nose butter the 3.

When I do them I kinda spin in a corkish motion, and just push my weight forwards as I spin, and the pop off the noses as I start to rotate.

k first thing make sure that u can do a butter 180 with ur skis really pressed out

2 thing throw it like a regular 3 u would off a jump but just lean really far foward so ur skis are pressed right out. u will just feel it the rest of the way

find a roller. then spin a 180 but be leaning on your tips then keep going with your momentum....

another way to think of it is u know how to stop like way u skid around well skid around 180 the skid around another 180. then wants ur comfortable with that get the weight off ur skis (not jump) then do the skid type thing leaning on your tips...

i dunno if i explained that right its kinda hard to do in words...

one thing that kind of worked for me is getting a lot of speed and cutting across the run and going up like a somehwat steep part and trying to do one, Im sure that really doesnt make any sense, but i saw andy mahre or chris benchetler do it in yearbook off of a hip. They spun a butter on the side of it.

for me its one of those things that either works out perfectly or sucks completely. my biggest problem is popping off my noses between 180 and 270. if you get your skis off the ground a little bit from the nollie, you're golden. also don't flail your arms around, just pin them to your sides or else you look retarded.
