30 jibs 10 hits opens next week

Bear creek will be opening monday or tuesday depending on weater the moutain will be offering 30 jibs, 10 jumps and a 400 ft long pipe with 17ft walls. and only 15 minutes from allentown an hour from philly and same from new jersy why pass up the opertunity??

 
30 jibs? Is it even possible to fit that much on that mountain? That'd be awesome though. Where'd you hear it from?

Why the hell would ANYONE from JERSEY ride at Bear Creek when they could ride at MOUNTAIN CREEK?

There is nooo way in hell Bear Creek will have a superpipe open next week and they do NOT have 30 jibs. Mountain Creek is the only real park in the area, dont waste your time at Bear.....ANTHILL

 
hey maybe you should should check it out for yourself then and im not baggin mt creek i have a season pass there but im saying i live 2 minutes from bear so shut the fuck up

 
Aight man listen I rode mc about 30times last year on the weeekends and I can tell its a great park but its not the all holyiest amazing park ever on the east coast. The crowds on the weeekends are soooooo terrrible dude and Im sure you know that. Im also sure you know how bad the mountain is OTHER than park. If your saying Bear Creek is a joke then look at Mc when you say that cause other than the park, it is a joke too i mean there is so much new york trash there its incredible. An advantage of bear might be the crowds dude you have to understand that. I love mc but some days it really pisses me off cause there is no park etiquette there at all. Im coming to bear creek this year cuz its right by my college and it sounds almost like new mountain creek if you think about it . Anway thats my two cents peace

MC is not crowded during the midweek and there is certainly more reasons to go to MC than Bear...

And most people think that MC DOES have the best park in the east...Look in all the mags, MC is everywhere...No mention ever of bear creek. ever.

 
haha i kno its not crowded during the midweek what resort is ? haha whatever man all im sayin is that when i was in high school thats the only time i could go and i had to experience it a lot more than you prob did on the weekends.

EXACTLY..just like ALL resorts are hectic on the weekends.

Just face it....Bear Creek sucks and your probably not good enough to ride the park at mc.

 
yo mckilledcb if you creek so well then how come i dont know you. I know just about all the people that newschool hardcore that go there weekdays and weekends. They all seem pretty chill and we all seem to get along. What do you ride? Why are being such an ass man were all skiers here not snowboarders, we have to stick together at creek man cause we are still a minority there.

bullshit lineskiNj is right bear creek isn't as crowded on weedends plus why does it even matter its not like any of us own the mountians we all want the same thig to ski and hit lots of rails and jumps so what does it matter if its in NJ or Pa ?? let the skiing do the talking. Look at kristi leskinen she came from uniontown pa seven springs and rountop now look where she is aall im tring to say is for the high school kids and the college kids who can't go up to mt creek on week days why not just got to bear creek its closer and almost as good. the end

 
Now I dont know about almost as good. Cmon the mountain hasnt even opened yet with all this new stuff. So no one knows yet.

i went to bear last night, so it is open. it was alright, definitly gonna be better than last year they had a bunch of new rails but not even close to 30 jibs. they also didnt have any jumps or pipe open which sucked. but it doenst compare to mt.creek one bit. mountain creek is just the sickest park in the ny/nj/pa area. thats what i think anyway.

 
yeah i was there too but i guess its only the first day they can't have all the rails and a ton of hits on the opening day mt creek didn't either so but i guess by the end of december they wanna have all three parks open and the pip but they need the weather

 
why is everyone always fightin about which mt. is the best and so on.... it just seems dumb.. we are all skiers and just want to have fun where ever we ski...

oh. and incase u forgot sking is about having fun not which mt. has the most jibs........

 
bear creek was definitely sweet for opening day a c box and a rail not bad at all. Cant wwait to see what they have in store for the whole season.
